    The Screening Package includes everything listed on the recruitment support solutions Plus;

    • A list of suitable candidates
    • Consulting and candidate management
    • Communication with unsuccessful candidates

    Please note: This package does not include strategic sourcing, headhunting, shortlisting, or interview scheduling.


  • What is a Shortlist Package?

    The Shortlist Package includes all services from the Screening Package, plus:


    • Pre-screened and vetted candidate interviews
    • Shortlist of suitable candidates
    • Interview scheduling
    • Attendance at panel interviews
    • Reference checks
    • Offer management

    Please note: This package does not include strategic sourcing or headhunting.


  • Which package should I choose?

    If you're unsure which package to select, please call us or request a call. We’ll help you choose the best option for your needs.

  • Can I create a bespoke solution?

    Yes!  Contact us to discuss your recruitment needs, and we’ll craft a custom solution for you.

  • Is advertising included in the package cost?

    For our Screening Package, the cost of advertising is not included and would be considered an additional disbursement. However, in the Shortlist Package, the cost of one advertisement is included as part of the package. If you have specific advertising needs or prefer a different arrangement, we can discuss options during your consultation to ensure everything aligns with your recruitment strategy.   • Do you conduct reference checks?

    Yes, reference checks are included in our Shortlist Package and can be added to any bespoke solution.

  • Do you draft/create contracts?

    Yes, we can draft and create employment contracts. Please discuss this with our consultants to understand the associated costs.

  • Do you provide contractors for short-term solutions?

    Yes, we can provide contractors for short-term needs. Contact our consultants to discuss your requirements.

  • How can I pay for the services?

    Payments can be made online via credit card through the recruitment support solutions page by clicking "purchase now." Alternatively, you can request an invoice by selecting the option to request a call.

  • I don't want to pay upfront; I prefer to do the position brief first and meet my consultant, Is that possible?

    We understand that every client has unique needs. While our standard process involves payment upfront to secure and initiate the recruitment process, we’re flexible and open to discussing alternatives. If you prefer to complete the briefing before making a payment, please contact one of our consultants. We can explore a customised solution that aligns with your preferences while ensuring that the recruitment process proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

  • Oops, I think I selected the wrong package. What should I do?

    If you believe you've selected the wrong recruitment package, don’t worry—we're here to help! Please contact one of our consultants as soon as possible by calling us or requesting a call. We'll work with you to review your needs and ensure you're matched with the right package. If necessary, we can adjust your selection to better suit your requirements, whether that means upgrading, downgrading, or customising a bespoke solution. Your satisfaction is our priority!

  • What happens after I make the payment?

    After payment is received, a consultant will contact you to initiate the process and discuss the next steps. If you prefer, you can request an invoice instead of paying online.

  • When will job briefings commence?

    Job briefings will commence within 24 hours after you submit a vacancy. If you need our services to start sooner, please contact one of our consultants.

  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    The recruitment process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the vacancy requirements and candidate availability. We recommend keeping your recruitment process within 20 days to avoid losing top candidates. Post-briefing, our consultants will provide a timeline and schedule update calls.

  • Is there a guarantee?

    We do not offer a replacement guarantee for the packages listed on the website. If you require a replacement guarantee, speak with one of our consultants to discuss bespoke solutions.

  • Is there a timeframe to fill the role?

    The process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. We start client briefings within 24 hours of engaging our services. If you need a faster process, let us know—we can scale our resources as needed.
